Description
Real Estate and Planning Scholarship is open to all students with PhDs in Real Estate & Planning.
All Scholarships are applied in the form of a tuition fee reduction. There is no cash alternative to the tuition fee reduction.
Benefits
The scholarship is covering tuition fees and providing a 3-year stipend (subject to performance) aligned with the UKRI. For reference, the annual UKRI stipend is £20,780
Eligibility
- You must have a good undergraduate degree in a relevant subject and a Masters degree, preferably at distinction level.
- You must submit a research proposal and be able to supply two reference letters. Scholarship available for one year and renewable for a further three years subject to performance.
- PhD funding is available to both UK and International students.

Application deadline
Following a successful application onto their PhD programme, a candidate will normally be eligible to apply for a studentship. The candidate only needs to be nominated by their proposed supervisory team for a studentship. You should note that applications to the PhD programme will only be successful if there is a proposed supervisory team in place.
Deadline for scholarships applications is 20 February. Applications received after this deadline may be considered if all scholarships are not awarded.
