Description
The Jerry Samuelson Scholarship for the Arts is established in honor of Emeritus Professor and former Dean of the College of the Arts, Dr. Jerry Samuelson, to recognize outstanding students in the College of the Arts as Jerry Samuelson Scholars.

Eligibility
This scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:

Major: Must be a declared major in the College of the Arts, including all majors and concentrations in:

Art (e.g., Art History, Studio Art, Graphic Design, Entertainment Art, Illustration, etc.)

Dance
-
Music (e.g., Music Education, all Performance concentrations)

Theatre (e.g., Acting, Musical Theatre, Design/Technical Production, Theatre Arts)

- Undergraduate student
- Full-time enrollment at CSUF
- Good academic standing
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Criteria - Applicants will be evaluated based on:
- Outstanding achievement and commitment within the College of the Arts
- Academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA)
