Description

The scholarship was founded in 1993, by the friends and colleagues of Dr. McTaggart Cowan, a professor emeritus at the University of British Columbia. It is available to all international students, enrolling in any program within the university.

Benefits

There is one scholarship available, worth $3,500

Eligibility

  • Available to full-time students who have completed at least 60 credit hours in a program offered by the Faculty of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies. Preference will be given to students pursuing studies in wildlife biology and management. 
  • Criteria: Academic excellence. Financial need may be a consideration.
  • The College will review the applications and nominate the recipients.
