Description
Established by public appeal in 2006, in honour of Archbishop Francis Carroll's contribution to the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn, on the occasion of his retirement as Archbishop.

The scholarship is valued at $2,500, to be paid in one lump sum.
There is one scholarship available.
Discounted accommodation offer, of up to $20 per week or $1400 per annum, (subject to availability, see more details on the Discounted accommodation offer at ACU Living and Learning Communities).
Eligibility
- Course: Any ACU degree.
- Campus: Canberra.
- Students who have relocated from a regional, rural or remote area (as classified by the Rural, Remote and Metropolitan Area (RRMA)) of the Archdiocese of Canberra/Goulburn or the Diocese of Wagga Wagga.
- Contribution and/or leadership in community service.

A written statement of approximately 100 words outlining:
why you have chosen to undertake your degree, and
what you hope to achieve with it in the future.
Evidence of academic merit from your most recent studies (applies to future students only).
ATAR or equivalent; or
academic transcript (including GPA)
Evidence of your contribution to, and/or leadership in, community service
Evidence of relocation, including:
Proof of residence in rural/regional area of the Archdiocese of Canberra/Goulburn or the Diocese of Wagga Wagga.
Proof of new residential address.
