Description

The Sato Scholarship is available to all students from Asia. This is a scholarship privately funded for students from Asia.

Benefits

Stipend for undergraduates = ¥ 180,000 per month and for graduate students = ¥ 200,000 per month.

Eligibility

  • Students transferring from a Japanese college of technology or a professional training college to a university undergraduate school in April of the target year (students from the target countries designated by the Foundation).
  • Students who will enroll in a master's or doctoral program in April of the target year (from countries designated by the Foundation).
  • Students who are in their second year of a bachelor's program or above and from the Foundation's designated target countries.
  • Master's and doctoral students from the Foundation's designated target countries.
