The scholarship is named in memory of University of Hull alumnus Jeremy Round. It provides financial support and access to successful LGBTQ+ alumni for advice and question sessions.

Eligibility
- Applicants must identify as LGBTQ+, be Home students, and be in their second or subsequent year of undergraduate study at the University of Hull (those in their Foundation or first year of study are not eligible to apply).
- Additionally applicants must have a household income of less than £25,000 or a disability.
- Students of the Hull York Medical School are not eligible for this award.
