Description
The discount is available to the spouse/civil partner, parent, child or sibling of a SOAS alumnus/alumna. It applies to eligible on-campus undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research programmes.

Eligibility
- Open to Home and Overseas fee payers.
- Any applicant whose family member is a SOAS staff member.
- Any applicant whose family member is a SOAS graduate/alumni.
Family member is defined as grandparent, parent, sibling, child or spouse.
If your family member is a SOAS graduate or alumni, they must have completed any of the following degrees at SOAS: Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught, or Postgraduate Research degree (summer school, short or online learning courses are not eligible.

Eligible students can apply after they accept their offer to study at SOAS by completing our Family discount application form.
If approved, the discount will be applied automatically once you have enrolled. For new admissions you will see the discount in the Financial Overview section of the admissions portal. Please deduct the discount amount when paying your tuition fees.
