Description
The bursary is available to first-year undergraduate students who have been residents of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for at least three years (unless applying under the Ukraine or Afghan refugee schemes) and whose household income meets the required threshold.

Eligibility
This is a means tested bursary for residents in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets of at least 3 years unless you are a refugee on the Ukraine or Afghan scheme.
- You must not receive the Canary Wharf Education Trust fund.
- You need to be over 18 years old on 1 September.
- You must be on a full-time study programme.
- You will need at least a 95% attendance record at the end of your first term.
- Your household annual income (excluding Housing benefit and Council tax reduction) needs to be below £25,000.
- You will need to have been a resident of Tower Hamlets for 3 years unless you are a refugee on the Ukraine or Afghan scheme.
