Description
The scholarship is a merit-based award for students domiciled in the USA or Canada who are beginning an eligible taught Master's programme in September or January.
Benefits
£2,000 tuition fee scholarship.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be domiciled in the USA or Canada at the time of application.
- Be self-funding their studies.
- Be enrolling on a full-time, on-campus taught Master's programme.
- Meet the entry requirements for the chosen programme.
Applicants are not eligible if they:
- Are starting a Master's programme in June 2026 (they should apply for the June 2026 Scholarship).
- Are studying a course lasting longer than 12 months.
- Are applying for a research degree (including MRes or PhD).
- Receive another Edinburgh Napier scholarship or a tuition discount through a partner university.

There is no separate scholarship application.
Eligible students are automatically considered once they have applied for an eligible programme and meet the scholarship criteria.
Early Deadline – 5pm (UK time), 23 April.
Standard Deadline – 5pm (UK time), 1 June.
Late Deadline – 5pm (UK time), 20 June.
