- Scholarship awarded to female students graduating in the top half of their Toledo high school class, who are enrolled in the Judith Herb College of Education, preparing for a teaching degree.

- Scholarship requires current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid.
