- Recipients must have excellent communication skills, volunteer experience, and community engagement in their professional field.
- Preference given to full-time junior level students with a GPA of 3.8 or higher.
- Preference also given to single parents with financial need as determined by a current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid.
