Description

Students may be eligible for multiple scholarships and awards, increasing the affordability of their SLU-Madrid degree.

While students may receive only one Saint Louis University merit-based scholarship, the scholarship they receive may be combined with need-based financial assistance or outside funding.

Benefits

The Rector's Scholarship is a 10-semester full-tuition award valid only on the Madrid campus.

The Rector's Scholarship has a semester value equivalent to full tuition cost as published on their website. For spring-start applicants, the award will begin in their first fall semester.

Eligibility

First-year applicants who meet the following minimum requirements will be invited after admission to apply for the Rector's Scholarship:

  • Be an admitted first-time, first-year student (fall).
  • Cumulative high school GPA of 3.85 or higher, weighted or unweighted, as reported on your transcript at the time of submission of the Rector's Scholarship application.

Only applicants who meet these requirements will be invited to apply. These criteria will be used only for determining eligibility and will not guarantee that the student will be selected either for further competition or as a Rector's Scholarship recipient.
