Our graduates are among the best in the country and move into an extraordinarily wide range of careers. Some go into media work (publishing, TV research or journalism), marketing, law, accountancy or librarianship. Others become school teachers, teachers of English as a foreign language or university lecturers, while our well-developed links to the creative industries and the heritage and tourism sector provide great opportunities for students wishing to work in those areas.
The Global Student Satisfaction Awards empower students across the globe to determine the best universities of 2021. Universities with a score above 4.0 (out of 5) in any of the 8 award categories, receive Badges of Excellence. Congratulations!
The School offers a very supportive environment for students, with a well-established personal tutor system. The School has a Senior Tutor, who co-ordinates the personal tutor system and Undergraduate and Postgraduate Learning Community Forums.
