General requirements
- hold an AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Education (Secondary Music) from the University of New England; and have attained a minimum grade point average of 5.0 (Credit); and have achieved 18 credit points at Distinction level or better at advanced level in Music units; and have passed units to the value of at least 48 credit points in Music; and have fulfilled any additional requirements prescribed and published by the school or area concerned.

- relevant professional experience demonstrated to be at sufficient skill level and duration of time that satisfies the University that the applicant possesses the capacity to succeed in their chosen course;
