Hospitality and Culinary Arts
The Hospitality and Culinary Arts Programme at VUM has more than 20-years of history. It offers practical training and internships, including in Michelin-starred restaurants. Upon graduation students are prepared for professional and career development as executive chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, restaurant managers, F&B managers, sommeliers, business consultants and entrepreneurs.
Gastronomy and Culinary Arts
Gastronomy and Culinary Arts prepares students to work in the restaurant business field, food service establishments, and accommodation facilities of all kinds. The acquired general and specialised knowledge and skills enable graduates to start their own business in the field of culinary arts and food service, or hold positions in tourism and commercial companies or related enterprises
