Eligibility
The University of Idaho extends an Invitation to Idaho to qualifying students from all states and countries except for the following WICHE states:
- Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, the territory of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
First time first-year students:

If you have already applied and been admitted to U of I, you have already been automatically considered for the Invitation to Idaho scholarship.
