Description
Trinity offers a number of undergraduate scholarships for international students. These scholarships are awarded to acknowledge the highest achieving students and to assist international students of limited means. Many scholarships are made possible by bequests and gifts that have been generously donated to Trinity over the years.
Benefits
Scholarships range in value between €2,000 and €5,000 depending on the region. Scholarships are applied as a reduction to the year one tuition fees of a full-time undergraduate programme.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have a non-EU fee status, and their tuition fees must be billed at a non-EU rate.
- Applicants must have a course offer to commence year one of a full-time undergraduate degree programme at Trinity College Dublin. Medicine, dentistry, acting, engineering, natural sciences, and computer science and statistics courses are exempt from this scholarship programme.

Applicants will be asked to provide basic personal information, their secondary / high school academic results, and a statement discussing how they will contribute to the Trinity College Dublin community.
Early application is advised. Final deadlines for each region are listed below. Awardees will be expected to fully accept their course offer to receive their award. Scholarship awards will be applied to the tuition fee bills of awardees.
Africa: 1 May 2026
Central, North and South America: 1 April 2026
South East Asia and Oceania: 15 July 2026
All other regions: 15 June 2026
