Description
The Diversity Advocate Award was established by the Department of Psychology in 2020, representing our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and safe environments and our recognition of excellence among our undergraduate and graduate students.
Benefits
The award is typically $500 per recipient each year. The amount of the award will be determined by the department's Awards Committee.
Eligibility
- Must be a full-time student admitted to the Major in Psychology or a Graduate Program in Psychology (separate undergraduate and graduate awards are available).
- Must be in good academic standing (i.e., not on academic probation) and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and/or safe environments on campus and/or in our community.
