Description
The Cheryl and Carl Carrera Mathematics Scholarship was established and is funded by mathematics’ alumna Dr. Cheryl Carrera and her husband Carl Carrera.

Eligibility
This scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled at CSUF for the 2026–2027 academic year as a Mathematics major, student in the Credential program or one of the Master's degree programs offered by the mathematics department.
- Minimum 2.0 GPA in Mathematics courses.
