Description

The Stacy R. Mungo Endowed Scholarship Fund was established by a gift from Sterling Franklin, a Trustee of the Morris S. Smith Foundation, and a friend of Stacy Mungo.

This scholarship was created to honor Stacy for her work as an employee of the County of Los Angeles and her service as a Member of the City Council of Long Beach.

Benefits

The scholarship offers a $750 amount to help you with your studies.

Eligibility

  • Must be an undergraduate student.
  • Must be a major in the Division of Politics, Administration and Justice.
  • Must be pursuing a B.A. in Public Administration.

Preferences: Special preference will be given to students who meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Graduated from a high school in the Long Beach Unified School District.
  • Participated in student government in high school and/or at CSUF.
  • Earned recognition as a Presidential Scholar at CSUF.
