Description
The Tien Family Scholarship was established by CSUF College of Communications alumna Quyen Tien on behalf of the Tien Family to support students with financial need who have overcome significant challenges while pursuing their degree.

Eligibility
- This scholarship is open to undergraduate students who are pursuing a major or minor in the College of Communications (any of the four departments HCOM, CTVA, COMD, and COMM).

Follow the onscreen instructions and complete the CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY - FULLERTON SCHOLARSHIP & AWARD APPLICATION
Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA), or if you currently receive financial aid, please attach a copy of your “award” that is available through TITAN Online on your Portal, for establishing financial aid;
Submit a one page (approximately 500 words) essay sharing your experience overcoming significant personal or financial challenges while attending college.
Please share how this scholarship will support your educational and personal goals;
