Earl Rodney Hornbake Jr. was a WW II veteran, electrical engineer, and businessman who rose to the positions of President, Director and Vice Chairman at the Pittsburgh Tube Company in Monaca, PA. The ER Hornbake Jr and Family Construction Management Scholarship recognizes the top female students entering their junior and senior classes who have made outstanding contributions to the program, as determined by the faculty.
