The Marlene M. Burnett Awards recognizes the contributions and achievement of those students completing clinical courses in their nursing program at Athabasca University. They are intended to help assist the students who travel away from work to complete these courses.

The scholarship is worth $1,000.

Eligibility

  • The Bachelor of Nursing students enrolled in NURS 401, NURS 435 or NURS 437 with the highest AU GPA will be selected.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 is required.
  • Student must reside within Canada.
