Description
This award was initially established in 2006 to provide financial assistance to students demonstrating academic proficiency within their respective degree. To celebrate the expansion of the UNBC Chemistry and Biochemistry Club, a second award was established in 2019. One award will be awarded to a student with a declared major in Chemistry, and the second awarded to a student with a declared major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

There are two scholarships available, each worth $850.
Eligibility
- One award available to a full or part-time undergraduate student who has completed 60 credit hours and has declared one of the following majors: Chemistry; Chemistry/Computer Science; Chemistry/Mathematics or Chemistry/Physics. One award available to a full or part time undergraduate student who has completed 60 credit hours and has a declared major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
- Criteria: Academic proficiency and, demonstrated financial need.
- Conditions: Students are unable to receive this award more than once.
