Description

Up to eight scholarships are awarded on the basis of general proficiency to candidates who for at least one year at the time of their application have been and remain domiciled in the Province of Quebec.

Eligibility

  • Scholarships are awarded on the basis of general proficiency to candidates who for at least one year at the time of their application have been and remain domiciled in the Province of Quebec.
  • Students in their second year of CEGEP are also eligible for a Senator Frank Carrel Merit Scholarship.
  • The scholarship is renewable for up to three years provided a minimum GPA of 3.5 is maintained.
  • Academic excellence (see high school grades).
  • Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada who are residents of the province of Quebec.
