Description
The Office of Academic Scholarships uses a holistic process to award freshman scholarships. In addition to test scores, high school grade point average, and the written scholarship application, other information, including but not limited to first-generation college student status, financial need, legacy status, and underrepresented community status may also be considered.

Annual award up to $2,000 per year.
Eligibility
- Renewable for 4 years (5 years for Architecture students) with 30 hours per year and 2.75 GPA.
- Awarded to top candidates from the applicant pool.

In order to apply for academic scholarships at the University of Arkansas, you must first apply for admission (students do not have to be admitted before beginning the scholarship process).
Students should submit their admissions application by November 1 to be considered for the November 15 priority scholarship deadline and by January 15 for the February 1 final scholarship deadline.
