Description
The John Oldacre Foundation Bursary is intended to help students who may face barriers to progressing to higher education in agriculture. While household income is taken into consideration, the bursary is not solely based on financial need.
Applicants are assessed on their personal circumstances and must submit a personal statement explaining how the award would support their studies and future career plans.
Benefits
Up to £3,000 per academic year.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Have completed an Agriculture-based Further Education course at Hartpury College.
- Progress directly to a Hartpury University Agriculture degree without a break in study.
- Submit a completed application form and personal statement.
- Meet the bursary assessment criteria.
Note: Successful recipients are not eligible for any other Hartpury University bursary. Household income may be considered during the assessment process.
