The Scholarship was established from a donation from Dr Roderick O'Donnell to support equity scholarships in Political Economy at the University of Sydney.

Eligibility
You must:
- be enrolled full time in an undergraduate degree or other award courses at the University of Sydney
- be completing an undergraduate major in Political Economy
- have completed or be enrolled in ECOP1001, and be enrolled in ECOP1003
- enrol in a 2000-level Political Economy ECOP2XXX unit to receive the second instalment of their scholarship payment
