Australian National University  can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.

Australian National University awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs.

Eligibility

The award is available each year to a current ANU student who:

(a) is a domestic or international student;

(b) is enrolled in an Advanced Studies Course (SCNC2101, SCNC2102, SCNC2103, SCNC2104, SCNC3101, SCNC3102) as part of their Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) - Science degree program in the semester for which they have applied for the award; and

(c) intending to undertake a research project within the Advanced Studies Course:

  • In astronomy/astrophysics or astronomical instrumentation under the supervision of an academic in the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics (RSAA) (including the Advanced Instrumentation and Technology Centre (AITC)); 
  • which has been approved as a suitable student research project by the RSAA/AITC research project supervisor, and the RSAA PhB Astrophysics Discipline Coordinator (RSAA PhB Convenor), and the College of Science PhB Convenor.
