The Dr. Richard T. Bowers Memorial Scholarship is a university-wide scholarship in memory of Dr. Richard T. Bowers and will be eligible for students who have been in foster care and who demonstrate financial need as documented by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
