Brian O’Connor established this endowed scholarship fund to support the scholarly endeavors and internship experiences of students pursuing a career in communication and/or public relations.

Eligibility
- Students must be a declared Communication major, have a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA, and be an undergraduate student.
- Special consideration will be given to those students with a declared Public Relations minor and students who are actively involved in Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), MSU Chapter.
