Description
The Bassett Downs Endowment will provide funds for the Bassett Downs Scholarship for Zoology to support a research project based on field or lab-based work on native species in the fields of systematics, conservation biology, behavioural and community ecology. Scholarships will be awarded every second year.
Benefits
The scholarship has a value of $7,000 per year.
Eligibility
The Scholarship shall be awarded to an applicant who:
- has an exceptionally high level of competence in systematics, conservation biology, and/or behavioural and community ecology; and
- is eligible to enrol into the honours Year of an undergraduate program offered by the Research School of Biology.
