- Open to Undergraduate and Graduate students
- Recipients must be pursuing a degree with a major in English or History
- Recipients must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Recipients must be first generation students (parents have not completed college)
- Scholarship requires current FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be on file in the Office of Student Financial Aid
- Recipients must complete the Judith Herb College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Education Application
