Description

Australian National University  can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.

Australian National University awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs. 

Benefits

The Award includes a stipend plus additional benefits such as provision for field work travel and access to a cultural consideration fund.

Eligibility

The Award is available each year to a commencing or continuing ANU student who:

  • is a domestic student; and
  • identifies and is accepted as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander;
  • has received an offer to or is enrolled in an Honours program at the ANU.

    Eligible candidates will be considered by completing the attached form outlining:

    • The Honours program you are enrolled in, or plan to enrol in, and potential supervisors,
    • Your academic history, including your undergraduate degree and any relevant work/volunteer experience,
    • Your idea for your research project, or expressing interest in the current projects available through the IWF ensuring a clear connection to water in the research and any plans for field work throughout the year.
