Description
Australian National University can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.
Australian National University awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs.
Benefits
The scholarship provides $9,000 per annum for up to 5 years to assist with educational and living expenses. The scholarship is paid at the beginning of each semester subject to the recipients meeting ongoing eligibility requirements as outlined in the conditions of award.
Eligibility
The award is available to a prospective ANU student who:
- is a domestic student
- Is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent;
- Identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person;
- Is accepted as such by the community in which they live, or formerly lived;
- Identifies as female
- receives an offer of admission to an undergraduate degree in either the College of Law, College of Science or College of Health and Medicine; and
- attended a regional, rural or remote school during year 11 or 12 that is listed on the UAC EAS Schools lists and is eligible for EAS Adjustment factors under disadvantage codes S01C or S01R.
