Description

Australian National University  can support you financially if you are admitted to one of its study programmes as an international student.

Australian National University awards scholarships, bursaries, tuition fee reductions and discounts that help you cover existing tuition and living costs. 

Benefits

The scholarship provides a stipend of $5000 paid in equal instalments at the beginning of each semester for the first year of the student's undergraduate program.

 

Eligibility

The Award is available each year to a commencing ANU student who:

  • is a domestic student; and
  • at the time of application to the University, resides in a remote or regional area as determined by the geographical classification defined by the Australian Statistical Geography Standard - ASGS 2016; and
  • attended their final years of schooling in a regional or rural school (i.e. S01R); and
  • is eligible for and receives adjustment factors for financial hardship.
