Description
The Young Achievers Residential Scholarship is a partnership between UQ and Kev Carmody House to support Young Achievers to access higher education with a contribution to residential costs.
Benefits
The scholarship offers 50% of the annual value of a standard room.
Eligibility
You're eligible if:
- you are a domestic student in accordance with the University’s Fee Policy;
- you are enrolled full-time in an Approved Program;
- you are a resident at Kev Carmody House;
- you can demonstrate financial hardship by providing documentary evidence; and
- you are part of the Young Achievers Program.

You'll need your:
QTAC or UQ number
evidence of financial hardship such as Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income, or a personal statement.
evidence of regional/rural/remote residency
