Eligibility
- The Richard Bailey Scholarship is awarded to one or more Native American students who are pursuing a degree within the College of Arts and Sciences.
- If no Native American students are majoring within the College of Arts and Sciences, the scholarship may be awarded to Native American Students study any major.
- The scholarship may follow the same student for multiple years. if awarded outside of the College of Arts and Sciences it will be awarded for one year only.
