Eligibility
- The Neal F. Smith Memorial Scholarship is awarded to one or more students each year who meet the following criteria: making satisfactory progress towards a degree; sound moral character; financial need; potential for leadership and career achievement.
- Preferences shall be give to students who are older than average, married, and an upperclassman, regardless of area and year of study.
