Description
Course tuition fees can change from year to year, but we can give you an estimate of your course costs. Your tuition fees are payable in advance each semester.
Depending on factors like exchange rates, you or your sponsor have the option of paying more than 50% of the total course fee upfront.
Benefits
The scholarship offers a 20% reduction in your tuition fees for the offered duration of your course at ECU.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- have completed, or are due to complete prior -to your ECU course commencement, one of the following qualifying Australian programs onshore or offshore:
- a Study Abroad or Student Exchange program delivered by an Australian university;
- an ECU recognised University Foundation program delivered by an Australian university;
- Secondary Schooling delivered through an Australian curriculum with an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (e.g. WACE, SACE, VCE, HSC, QCE, ACT, SSC, TCE and NTCET);
- an AQF Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate degree, Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification degree at any Australian Registered Training provider (RTO);
- an equivalent of ECU’s 60 Credit Points in an undergraduate or postgraduate course from another Australian institution where the previous attainment meets the requisite level of academic achievement as determined by ECU.
- be an international student (not an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen).
- meet ECU’s entry requirements for the course and commence study onshore, in an eligible undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree at ECU, Western Australia in Semester Two, 2025.
- be entering into one of the eligible courses.

If they approve your ECU course application, you’ll automatically be assessed for this scholarship by Admissions Office. No separate scholarship application is required.
The Admissions Office will issue a separate letter relating to your scholarship, along with a Letter of Offer for your course, to confirm whether you’ve been successful.
