Eligibility
The Leslie and Marjorie Duncan Memorial Scholarship is awarded to two students each year who meet the following criteria:
- North Dakota high school graduate; record of sound academic achievement; of good and sound moral character; financial need; not received other scholarship offers or assistance.
- Preferences shall be given to students who are from Pembina and Cavalier counties in North Dakota.
- Areas studying include engineering, physics, chemistry, math, medicine, education, and nursing.
