Eligibility
The Fredrick R. and Virginia Mae Orth Memorial Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshman students interested in majoring in Fine Arts within the College of Arts and Sciences who meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated outstanding scholastic ability; artistically talented; demonstrated personal character.
- Preference given to students with financial need.
