General Medicine
The General Medicine programme at the University of Ostrava prepares students for their future medical profession. It is organized under the credit system of study, fully compatible with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

Pharmacy
Study programme Pharmacy is designed to prepare graduates to practice the regulated medical profession of a pharmacist, and to acquire general and specialised knowledge of medicines leading to maximizing effects and minimizing risks for patients and society as a whole. You will gain extensive knowledge and skills with preparation and production of drugs, evaluation and analysis of their properties.
Medicine in English
The Medicine in English course at Charles University focuses on maximizing student´s chances on entering a faculty of their choice by preparing them to particular entrance examinations, giving students essential basics of Czech language and improving their level of English (native speakers attend additional Czech language lessons instead).
Food Safety and Quality
The Food Safety and Quality study from University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno contains study subjects, some of which the student chooses from pairs of compulsory optional subjects according to his interest and focus.
Physiotherapy
The Physiotherapy program at Charles University is devided into 6 semesters and the students take courses in the areas which are necessary for the physiotherapeutical treatemet such as biology, anathomy, physiology, pathology, pathophysiology, biophysics, biomechanics and kinesiology.
Biomedical Technology
Biomedical Technology from Czech Technical University (CTU) prepares mainly practically oriented graduates but due to the necessity of a deep theoretical background, it also prepares future students of the follow-up master study program Biomedical and Clinical Engineering.
