The Bachelor Gender Sexuality and Feminist Studies at Middlebury College examine the intersections of sexuality and gender in a variety of contexts. We have courses that draw upon the humanities, the social sciences, and the natural sciences. By questioning common-sense understandings of gender and sexuality our program highlights the possibilities for transformation and change.
Equity Studies
The Saint Michael's College offers a degree in Equity Studies. We are all connected through what Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. described as an “inescapable network of mutuality,” and dismantling the mechanisms of inequality and oppression requires both internal critical self-examination and recognition of and opposition to external systems and structures that perpetuate injustice.
