Student services

For organizational questions or questions concerning your studies, the Student Services team is always ready to help with the following issues:

  • Publishing information about our courses
  • Questions about your application
  • Provision of study certificates
  • Questions about tuition fees
  • Questions about leaves of absence and termination
  • Authentication of internal certificates
  • Lost and found.
As the central point of contact, the Student Services office is also responsible for the smooth running of the application process.

Housing services

Live in a quiet, central, beautiful and affordable place: over 500 attractive one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments are available to our students on our Campus and nearby. Experience campus life in Heidelberg and take advantage of the proximity to the university. With their modern equipment and fair prices, students from far and wide can also participate in campus life. And should you want to take a break from studying, the Neckar is only a short stroll away, while Heidelberg’s lively downtown can be reached in just ten minutes by bike or tram. Most rooms are located in close proximity to the campus in Heidelberg-Wieblingen. Dossenheim is approx. 10 km and Meckesheim 20 km away.

Library services

The Library is housed in a central location on Campus (near the cafeteria). A lounge-café, 38 reading and work stations, 8 group rooms with Wi-Fi connection and 22 PC workstations make the library an attractive place of studying accessible to the students and staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ICT services

22 PC workstations are available in the library to access the wide range of electronic resources (literature databases, e-books and magazines). The home page of the Library in the “Virtual Campus” serves as a portal to the digital library and thus to all its electronic resources. It can be accessed from any computer in the University network.

Campus life

Campus life at the SRH University Heidelberg offers a unique atmosphere. Urban creativity meets romance – university-town tradition meets modern campus architecture.

Library, shopping, banking, food and drinks, meeting friends, sports and culture – everything is available in close proximity to the glass SRH Science Tower. The campus provides a creative learning atmosphere that also benefits from the urban cultural offerings of the surrounding towns of Heidelberg and Mannheim. Nature and recreation can be found right by the Campus. The popular Neckar meadows are only a few minutes’ walk away, while the nearby Odenwald and the sunny vineyards of the Bergstraße will satisfy the needs of athletes and connoisseurs.

Sports facilities

Stay active during your studies and take advantage of the SRH Campussports.With the sports association SRH Campus Sports e.V., you are sure to find an activity that suits you. The sport complex has a gym with modern cardio and weight training equipment, an indoor pool, a sports hall with a climbing wall, basketball hoops and soccer goals as well as an outdoor area with street soccer and volleyball courts.
