Since 1905, ICN has been the "Grande École" Business School in the East of France and at the heart of Europe. Its identity and its development are rooted in the links between management, technology and art. These links will be vital determinants for tomorrow's economic environment.


Teaching, training and research are key factors of success for an institution of higher education. The final goal is to train managers to be responsible, and to achieve this, ICN Business School delivers educational programs which are appropriate for the world of business.


For a number of years several professiorial chairs have been contributing to SD and CSR initiatives at ICN Business School:

  • Chair in Corporate Social Responsibility and Innovation, currently held by Professor David Wasieleski and coordinated by permanent Faculty member Dr. Günter Schumacher. The Chair is jointly financed by ICN Business School and the Lorraine Regional Council. It was established in order to develop joint research projects which combine ethics in business and CSR issues, and which examine innovation and change in organizations.

Housing services

ICN Business School does not own any residence halls but you can find your accommodation on one of our campus in France or abroad.

There are 4 main housing categories :
  • A furnished studio in a private student residence hall (Totem or Pythagore or Bergamote or Espérance),
  • A furnished studio in a private residence (Les Estudines, Appart’City Cap Affaires),
  • A furnished room in a state-owned university residence (CROUS),
  • Private housing (apartment, roommates).

Library services

CN Library at the Campus of Nancy:

A well-furnished working space and computer area. Students can gather here to work in groups, consult books (any theme related to management), magazines (daily, weekly, monthly titles) or professional documents (activity reports, Kompass...) Open more than 60 hours a week, the "BU de Gestion" has the NoctamBU label, with evening openings.

Situated in the center of town, ICN is the Business School of the city of Nancy and the University of Lorraine. It is a member of the prestigious French “Chapter of Schools of Management of the Conference of the Grandes Ecoles” and a member of ECRICOME 

  • Metz is located at the heart of Europe

Located in the Metz Technology park area, the Campus operates in the midst of 200 innovative companies and a pool of other prestigious institutes of higher education or "Grandes Ecoles", such as SUPELEC, ESITC, ENSAM, GEORGIA TECH.

  • Nuremberg
This ICN campus is at 1h25 form Paris by plane, in the core of Bavière, in a major cultural metropolis of Germany.

Sports facilities

The SUAPS (Service Universitaire des Activités Physiques et Sportives de l'Université de Lorraine) is the sports service for all students in Nancy. You can practice any of 55 different sports. Among them are: aikido, badminton, basketball, body-building, climbing, dancing, fencing, gol!ng, kayaking, skiing, sky-diving, swimming, tennis, table tennis…ICN’s Sport Association (BDS-Bureau des Sports) will assist you with all administrative steps and will also help you join any of the school’s sporting teams if you wish.
