Business Academy Aarhus was founded on 1 January 2009 and was the first School of Applied Sciences to be awarded positive accreditation in Denmark.
The programmes combine theory with practice. Business Academy Aarhus prioritise small classes, group work, project work, cooperation with trade and industry, realistic cases and compulsory internships. As we work so closely with the business community, we learn and benefit from one another.
Developing and completing our programmes must create value for students and companies alike. Therefore, we focus on using our competencies in specific research and innovation projects in collaboration with partner companies.

Most of the programmes at the Academy have their own Student Council. The Student Council allows you to have a say on your programme and organises social activities across classes. Each class elects two representatives to represent them in the Student Council. The Student Council works closely with the interdisciplinary Academy Council.
Business Academy Aarhus is unfortunately not able to offer housing as we do not have any dormitories. However, you can apply for housing via Student Housing Aarhus, which administers residences for students across Aarhus.
