The professorship is designed to promote interaction between research, education and professional practice by collecting, distributing and (learning to) apply(ing) knowledge of the field of e-commerce and digital marketing in the sector. Campus accommodation is not common in the Netherlands. Most students rent a room in a student house. If you need help finding a place to live, Tio will assist you. Students requiring a student visa will automatically be offered housing via Tio.
Since both Amsterdam and Utrecht are very popular among students, we recommend letting Tio help you. Average accommodation prices for student housing in Amsterdam vary between € 600 and € 800 a month and in Utrecht between € 450 and € 650 a month.

I can only be positive about my time at Tio, during which I got so many opportunities to develop myself and to work on expanding my professional network. Learning by doing turned out to be truly of great value, and I feel ready to step into the tourism industry.
