When you have intelligence and motivation, you can not succeed without money and the support of the country and the university. Due to sanctions and political relations with ordinary people, the stock exchange does not belong.
Some professors are excellent which makes courses easier to do well in, but there are others that do not really care about the development of their students. There's a decent amount of study space but a new library would be nice... Sometimes administrative staff is not the nicest which discourages students from seeking out resources.
