Industrial engineers create solutions for processes, productivity and people. With hands-on training and an optional paid co-operative internship, you’ll graduate ready to offer inventive solutions to real-world challenges.
After Graduation
Offer inventive solutions in areas such as financial services, government, manufacturing and supply chain; process improvement, systems design and information systems; or product development, performance measurement and standards.
After graduating from the Industrial Engineering program at Toronto Metropolitan University, you may work as a health and safety engineer, industrial engineering technician, industrial production manager, logistician, or occupational health and safety specialist.
Or, pursue graduate studies (MEng, MASc, PhD) in mechanical and industrial engineering.
